Tagliatelle sea and mountains, or as we call them in Italy, “Mare e Monti,” are classic dishes from the Italian cuisine. The name comes from the fact that the sea’s flavors meet those of the mountains (growing up on the land), creating a mix of irresistible flavors. Clams, shrimps, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes perfectly match unique, delicious flavors.
