How to survive for a week on a cruise ship with kids 2019

In case you are wondering where to plan your next vacation. I would suggest considering taking a break on a cruise ship. I know it may sound scary for a parent with babies and toddlers, but believe me, you will have a great time. The company I am traveling with is MSC Cruises, and this company is very family-friendly. MSC Seaside was voted the Best Cruise Ship for Families in 2019! The ship offers many activities, services, and accommodations to appeal to parents and children.

Consider the fantastic Kids club for ages ranging from 0 to 18 years.

The best idea ever is to make your cruise unforgettable and easy to explore the world. Our first time on a cruise with the baby was unique, the Best Time Ever! I was breastfeeding my baby. He was a lovely, tiny, always sleeping baby. He could sleep even in noisy places; that was a fantastic opportunity for us to enjoy everything the ship had to offer. So, for our second time, we thought, why not? It was a unique first experience so let’s do it one more time.

The baby had already made his first steps this time, and his curiosity to discover the world was extremely high.

SOOO I can say that we had a great time too.

There is a section for the little ones at the Kid’s club, called Baby club, dedicated to babies from 1 to 3 years old, offering a babysitter for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening.

One more time, we had a fantastic time. Sarah, we love you! Thank you. Now I will go on to the most crucial question every mother is asking herself: what to pack? I will tell you what is available on the ship and you decide what to take with you. So, we start with bottle heaters, strollers, baby cribs. You can find diapers available in the baby club, bottles, pacifiers, toys, kids swimming suites at the duty-free shops onboard. I was impressed that I could find diapers and wet wipes in the bathrooms around the ship.

It is fantastic that you can drop your children off at the Mini club, where the qualified staff will look after them, and you can enjoy the ship’s life. For example, to have an excellent aperitif watching romantic sunsets from the open deck bars, or you can even enjoy a dinner out as the opening hours at the Mini Club are perfectly matched with any parent’s needs. So don’t be worried; your little ones will receive perfect nutritional meals together with a lot of other kids.

Food-

If your Kid is on exceptional food or AM formula milk, you better bring it home. When my baby started to eat solid food, I was concerned, but there is a special kid’s menu for 0-6 months and from 6 months to 1 year old at the Main Dining Restaurant. The food is delicious, and everything is cooked and pureed for the little ones. Every different day option includes fish, chicken, meat, veggies, small pasta, fruits, boiled or fresh, delicious desserts, and many different flavors of ice cream. When the kids club was closed, we enjoyed the Kid’s pool with the water arcades the jungle animals, and we strolled on the open decks eating ice cream.
