Codfish is an excellent source of omega-three fatty acids. In addition, it contained lean protein and vitamin B-12. Cod is known for being a little higher in sodium, but it can be a very healthy option if you eat it in moderation.

Ten cherry tomatoes
Two garlic cloves
15 black olives
Capers *you need to wash them from the salt
Four spoons of Olive oil
Oregano
Freshly chopped parsley or coriander for garnish
Directions:
-
The first thing first is that you need to boil the codfish 🐟 for at least 10 minutes.

Cook till the tomatoes become soft. Then lay the codfish filets out on the sauce.
