The Marinara sauce is a great classic of Italian cuisine. Marinara sauce is famous around the world. It is super easy to prepare and heavenly delicious with just a few ingredients. You can use the marinara sauce over pasta, meat, and pizza, which is the perfect mixture of summer and Mediterranean tastes. To prepare the marinara sauce, Giovanna uses fresh tomatoes and herbs harvested from her little piece of paradise, Giovanna’s garden.
500gr of cherry tomatoes
Three basil leaves
One clove of garlic
Chili at test
Salt at test
One teaspoon sugar
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
Put the oil, garlic, basil, salt, sugar, and oregano in a pan.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.
After 10 minutes, remove the lid and continue to cook until the tomato becomes a sauce.
And so, here’s the Marinara sauce ready-made. Enjoy it over pasta, meat, or pizza.
