We’re all aware of how good homemade vegetable broth is without useless preservatives and weird E’s. It does not matter what vegetables you choose for your broth; the more different they are, the more delicious the broth will be. Sometimes it happens to have forgotten vegetables at the bottom of the fridge, do not throw them away; just wash them and use them to prepare a delicious vegetable broth, which you will use for the basis of soups, risotto, and countless dishes. Do not forget; the broth can be stored in the freezer and used when needed, so you will always have a healthy homemade broth on hand.
Here is Giovanna’s recipe for healthy homemade vegetable broth:
Ingredients:
2lt of water
A mix of vegetables
Salt attests
Olive Oil
Directions:

Cut all the vegetables in half, put them in a pot with water, and let it cook for about an hour. At the end of cooking, when all the vegetables are well boiled, add olive oil and salt.

Once the broth is ready, pass it with a filter, and your broth is ready for use.
