One of the most traditional dishes in Bulgarian cuisine is cooking in clay pots. The secret is to cook on low heat for a long time to mix the scents. The result is a tasty and healthy dish.
Ingredients:
One whole Rabbit in pieces 1.2kg
2 oz of pork ribs
2 Lemons
1/2 kg Baby potato
2 Carrots
Half a branch of pores or one onion
1/2 lt. White wine
1 Glass of water
150 grams. Mushrooms
Black pepper q.b.
Salt
Sweet paprika
Two sheets of laurel
50ml sunflower oil
Few slices of Bacon
Flour q.b.
One clay pot with a lid
Directions:

Put the Rabbit in pieces in a saucepan, pour the white wine, juice of 2 lemons, and a little salt, cover with film, and leave to rest for at least an hour.

After that, on the bottom of the clay pot, put the chopped pores/onion, Potatoes, carrots, cut in half, and half of the mushrooms.

Then add the Rabbit and the pork ribs striped with salt, paprika, and pepper.

For the last one, adds some bacon strips and the rest of the mushrooms.

Add the white wine, a glass of water, sunflower oil, and two sheets of laurel.

Mix the flour with water. Close the lid and seal it well with the mixture.

Bake in an oven at 200° C for an hour and 160° C for another 4 hours.
