The golden circle Sonic jumps over in the game is essential to the party decor. There are plenty of Sonic-themed kids’ party decorations around the net, but if you can’t find yours, roll up your sleeves and make it yourself.

Materials:

Paper plates

Scissors

Gold gift ribbon

Hot glue

Directions:

• Using scissors, I punched a hole in the center of the paper plate and cut it to the base of the outlined edge.

• I then took the gold ribbon, hot glued the beginning of the ribbon to the edge of the circle, and carefully wrapped it around the entire perimeter of the plate.

• Once well covered, the edge was I cut the ribbon and glued the end.

• They turned out to be the perfect golden rings that I hung around.
